TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE
ungle Drums Gallery began with a simple goal: a commitment to present the best in wildlife and environmental art. Visitors from around the world are treated to some of the world's finest artists.
Jungle Drums owners and artists Kathleen and Jim Mazzotta wish to share their love of art and nature. Visitors to these subtropical islands have a unique opportunity not only to see animals interpreted artistically in the gallery, but to observe many of the same living creatures as they tour our islands. Along with artwork by Kathleen and Jim, the gallery collection includes other Floridians as well as artists from around the USA. Located in the heart of Captiva Island's restaurant and shopping district, Jungle Drums is just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico.
To make sure that our area remains a healthy habitat, owners Kathleen and Jim donate to local conservation groups. When you purchase art at Jungle Drums, you help us help wildlife. We’re drumming out a message of conservation and art appreciation that will be heard far and wide.

The exterior of Jungle Drums is an original eye-catching work of art with its carvings of swimming dolphins, egrets catching fish, hand railings with turtle heads and snook.
Visitors can often catch Jim or Kathleen working on one of their latest creations in the studio area of the gallery. They are both painters but they are also known for their fun sculptures, whimsical signage and a broad array of nationally licensed products bearing their work.
